Hi Coach,
Please describe some examples of skill transfer exercises and accompanying number of reps that I have seen in the warmup from this week (June 12, 2012)


sn pp x3
ohs x 3
pressing sn balance x 3
heaving sn balance x 3
sn balance x 3

use pvc pipe initially to learn the movements, then progress to a 15-20 lb bar, then a 33 lb bar and up to a 45 lb bar....that would be as heavy as you would use during the warm up.....when one uses the warm up as individual weakness improvers....then one would add weight.
