I just started the programming for oly weightlifters and I've got a question.

When you say Good morning 3x3, do you mean with straight legs or bent legs?


The technique I use for a good morning is rack the weight, big breath/big chest, arch my back, slightly bend my knees, push my butt back and lower my chest until I SLIGHTLY feel the stretch in my hamstrings, then explode up in a controlled manner while maintaining a strong back. With that said, the legs will be slightly bent at the knees. What you want to be careful of is that you do not bend your knees more as you perform the flexion part of the movement.
