Hello Coach, working hard on my snatch technique and notice that I am on my toes too early. I focus to stay in my heels but can't seem to get feel it in my body. Are there drills to help or is it all a thought, muscle memory challenge/change? I've also been told my bar path is straight up and down?

try halting dead-lifts. bring the bar from the ground to the take off position (1" above knees) while staying back. make sure you are way back on your heels. also do good mornings....they allow you and focus on staying back.
