I'm new to the Olympic lift scene. I've been doing Crossfit for two years and have been doing the oly lifts in vibram five fingers or bare foot. To help my oly lifts I'm going to get a pair of lifting shoes. I've looked at the adidas power lift trainer and VS athletics brand. The heel on the adidas is small, .6", while the heel on the Vs is 3.3 cm, what would you recommend for someone 5'11" and 180lbs, smaller heel or larger heel?

what ever works!!! if you have great range of motion...then the lesser heal....if your rom is challenged then the higher heel. the important concept is that you have a very hard soled shoe that allows 100% drive against the ground.
