I am in week 2 of your 12 week program and am loving it. I am a bit confused about some rep sequences and was hoping you could elaborate. Here are some questions:
1) ps+hss+sn -- the first set calls for 3 reps. does this mean that the ps + hss + sn = 1 rep?
2) same thing for the 3 pos cln?
3) 3 sn +2 sn pulls -- first set calls for 5 reps - does this mean '3 sn +2 sn pulls' = 1 rep?
I started out doing it as the 3 movements together = 1 rep and it was doable - but coming to the '3 sn +2 sn pulls' as 1 rep and repeating it for 5 to equal one set felt like I might have been interpreting it wrong.
Can you help me out here?

ps+hss+sn= 3 reps total. i count all reps. 3 pos cleans = 1 from high hang, 1 from mid thigh, 1 from floor=3 reps. so 3 sn+2 sn pulls = 5 total reps.
