I am trying to improve my olympic lifts in order to be more efficient and improve form. For example, my initial pull is very slow (@135#) and find myself exaggerating my hip drive in order to get under the bar (shrug is minimal) and land with legs wider than shoulder width. My one rep max is 175# but with poor form. Im 5'6'' and 160# any advise is greatly appreciated. I have found my xfit coaches to be some what knowledgeful (Cert 1s)...but they're more encouraging than anything.

mark the feet with chalk and practice hitting those foot positions. drill, drill, drill. burgener warm up, skill transfer exercises....EVERY DAY!!! plan the work, work the plan.
