Hey Coach - would it be advisable to do the following - Mon - clean and jerk, front squat, pull - then short metcon WED - snatch, OHS, press, short metcon, FRI - repeat Monday, Sat = longer metcon. next week start with snatch - gives plenty of rest. I've seen programming like this before and I like the combination of the lifts and short (5-10 minute) metcon

i would say it and record feelings and recovery. i always say there is no such thing as over-training just under recovery!!
