Hey coach. Been crossfiting for a while and attended one of your certs in july. Simple question I forgot to ask. What is the main diffrence between the regular stance deadlift and a snatch grip or clean deadlift.

a snatch deadlift and clean deadlift are exercises that i use to build strength position in the sn and the clean.....for example i would use only 100%+5 or 10 kg on both lifts and only if they maintained good position right up to that accelerating position above the knees.

its not about strength in the deadlift but about positional strength in the sn and the clean.
