When doing front squats do you base the weight of the fs max or full clean max? I ask this because my max fs is 50lbs more than my max clean and when I fs based of my max fs I'm able to do the weight but eventually it becomes very taxing and causes me to burn out within a fe weeks. And I dont know if I should fs based of my max clean because it may be too lite.

i have done both, but in your case i would suggest you take it off your best clean for now, but get that clean up where it needs to be. make sure your technique is where it is suppose to be on the clean.
