do you think its best to explode in the squat, and even have a slight bounce, or flex and slow it down with no bounce, and is CNS strengthened when heavy lifts are done over and over, with lifts daily i get stronger than when i do a lift once a week, like powerlifters and bodybuilders do. how do they get strong like that?

we train our squats how we lift. of course there are times that i am wanting the goal to be more strength so i will lift heavy and slower down but always exploding out of the hole. the name of the game is not over-training but under recovery.....pwr lifters lift only 1 lift per week i assume because they want to lift heavy and they want to be recovered.
