Hi Coach, one more question about the 4 day 12 week program. on the week 4 table it says 'unload reps&sets not intensity' and the 'max' values are filled in the table. could you help me what does it mean? thanks

that is meant to mean that if you have 3 reps to do but its tough and your tech takes a beating only do 1 maybe 2 reps.....its your call. all programming is a guide....if the frying pan is hot do the cooking if not, back off.
