Coach, in adding ohs to the daily wods, what would you recommend??? I was thinking about on any snatch days, just shadowing the same workout with ohs after I perform the snatches, then again I was thinking that may have some volume effect later on...
I biggest issue with my snatch is the catch and stabilizing the bar with hips & upper back/arms in full squat. No difficulty getting under it. I have a very weak upper back, after ohs I notice way greater strength in stabilizing with hip, back, shoulders, & arms. Thanks!!


overhead squats heavy 1 x per week, the next week do heavy sn balances. wk 3 ohs, wk 4 sn balance....get heavier each week.
