Hi Coach, I recently started into the crossfit way of life but I have never done any olympic style lifting before. I have watched almost all of your video clips on the crossfit website and was wondering if it would be a good idea to begin trying the olympic lifts based on those clips? I don't have access to a coach where I live. I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks!

make sure you learn the burgener warm up and the sn skill transfer exercises. then do the high hang snatch and learn the 5 positions: high hang, pockets, mid thigh, below knee, floor.
