I am trying to modify the WOD 5 day program to 4 days for those who cannot yet handle 5 days. I want to stay as close to the WOD because this appears to reflect your very latest thinking. I was thinking of combining Mon and Tues,, within reason, and training MWThSa then the next week combine W&TH and train MTThSa, alternating the two. Is this reasonable or is there a better way? Thanks for your help.

FS
CORE

TUES
1. CJ
2. BS
3. CORE

THURSDAY:
1. PWR SN+OHS
2. PWR CLN+JERK
3. SN PULLS

SATURDAY:
1. SN
2. CJ
3. FS
