Hey Coach,
I am approximately 100kg. in body weight. I also had my body fat tested at almost 7% but I am not very cut and I am also 6 feet tall. I am wanting to get back down in the low 90kgs. What is the best way to go about this? I am currently in my first phase of my lifting season. Should I be doing some extra aerobic exercise stuff along with eating right? Could I be? How difficult is it to accomplish during the lifting season? Your opinion is valued. Thanks!
