Question about James Moser's workout-


When the workout calls for a snatch or c/j at 90 or 95% how many sets should one perform leading up to these lifts? I am guessing that it would be best to get up to 90/95% in as few sets as possible, no?


as i understand it, james gets to 90% in as few sets as possible and does 1 set only.
