Any suggestions on incorporating olympic lifting to enhance my Judo skills? Needed are rotational power, pulling and pushing strength, and there are some throws which involve squatting under your opponent then exploding upward
contact greg everett: firstname.lastname@example.org greg is into martial arts and know the specifics. i would say cleans, snatches would enhance your explosion for sure, but not your rotational strength and power. med balls could do that. of course full snatches, full cleans get you quick in the change of direction relm for going under your opponents. clean and push presses are good for you pulling strength as well as your pushing strength.
