sldl= stiff leg deadlifts.  most people call these rdl's or romanian deadlifts.  there is a big difference between the 2 lifts however.  stiff leg deadlifts are for the upper hamstring and lower back.  they are performed by slightly bending the knees.....then pushing the butt back until the bar goes as low as you can go due to flex.  old school lifters/coaches use rounded backs to do this lift......liability coaches may want you to keep the back flat as possible.
