what do you think of carl miller's recent book, detailing methods using the olympic lifts and their assistance lifts for multiple reps (8-12) followed by a stretch movement and a chest or ab movement?

i have carls new book.....i think it is awesome!!! now having said that....i believe carls has produced a book that believes that olympic style weightlifting is for EVERY BODY type....he feels that way and knowing carl the way i do....i am with him.....i thought his book should have been called: OLYMPIC LIFTING FOR EVERYONE AND EVERY----BODY!!! i find it a great resource and i use it with my pe classes on a daily basis!!! good job carl and sandra!!!! coach b
