chad, you can do this on mon and thur or fri. what i would do is snatch on mon: sqt on tu, cj on wed, sqt on thur, rest on fri, sn, cj on sat.

this is an evil squat program. i'm on week 4 and its killing me! why would anyone program reps of 10 or 8 for olympic weightlifting?
Is it possible or reasonable to do this program on top of the Crossfit mainsite WODs?

Could you post a version of the hatch sqt routine that will work on a mac? Im not sure how to do that. Every time I try to open the program my reader opens it with the wingdings font

What I meant was, could we follow the same set, rep and weight percentage laid out in the hatch sqt program for the snatch and clean and jerk or is there a different set, rep and weight scheme that you would do for snatch and cj when using the hatch sqt program.

oh heck no....that is way too many reps. those reps are for strength lifts not the olympic lifts. keep the olympic lifts reps down to 1's and 2's. there are times i might do 5-6 sets of 2 and then as the weight gets heavier go to 1's/
How many days a week would you recommend to squat in conjunction with our olympic lifts. Heavy/Low volume squat days coupled with dynamic squat days? Should I squat everyday? lol

mark, many days i have my lifters squat every day. they may warm up with fs....depending on their weaknesses we would snatch, then cj and end with fs. i had one kid doing fs, sn, fs, cj, fs. he made incredible gains, but his weakness was his legs.
