i found this workout on the crossfit mesage board. i
50 squats +
50 push ups +
50 crunchies +
10 pull ups, but since i was outside we substituted burpee's (yay burpee"s)
work all the way down to 10 of everything by 10's but on the burpee's go down by 1's.
great workout for a pe class!!!
